Not sure of her name, but as far as I know, this vid is the only one she's done. If you search around the TS TGP sites, you'll find plenty more from this video. It's pretty common.

Holy crap! I haven't seen Teagan in years! What happened to this girl? I used to love that she was so cute and natural looking..! Now she looks...almost freakish! Hate those implants! Her face looks all hard... Did she have work done? Wow.... she really used to be one of my favorites...
