To answer your question rather than tell you what you already know, I think she did between 2-4 shoots for FTV Girls and that was it. FTV Girls is a hard thing to gauge because their site isn't particularly informative (for non-subscribers) and their sets seem to be made up of multiple shoots...

That's actually the one I had the least hope of an ID for so thanks a lot. The three most "obvious" ones to my mind remain unsolved! I know I'm going to be kicking myself when I find out the ID for #1 but I just can't think.
