i found a way to "season" a gas grill... i pour bacon grease on the flame filter before i throw the meat on

oh yeah. i love a good bbq sauce, but there is a great world of dry rubs out there. the oil sears the meat, and soaks in the flavor. i usually put most of the rub on the top of the meat, so it soaks in before you flip it on the grill

when i throw a porterhouse on the charcoal, i keep it simple... rub it with oil, and throw on "jakes grillin" rub. it has ground up coffee in it, which gives it a unique flavor on the grill

eh... aesthetically, most appear the same. as far as performance is concerned, they hit it out of the ballpark. the seahawks and panthers got some decent makeovers on their helmets though.

the last one i was at was also at lasertron, and was pretty fun. when any of the guys in my circle get married, we usually go out to eat, play lasertron, then rent out a local bar and hold 50/50 raffles and play assorted ******** games like "asshole in the hat".
