Honestly, I almost wouldn't mind it, if I were positive that the money weren't just thrown into a huge pile and set on fire in Sacramento. I'm pretty sure that's what they do with it. Projected budget deficit of $16 billion this coming FY, and an increase in Gov't spending of more than $6 billion over this FY. I don't get it, if CA were its own country, it would be the 9th largest economy in the world, and we can't manage to not go broke. Confounding.
