    I saw you try and post a video take the URL of the youtube video and put everything after the = sign @ the end of URL of the video and put it between this code []*********[/] you put youtube between each of the square things and after the backwards slash on back one.. goodluck I hope I didn't make it too confusing for you, if so just hit quote on my post and see how I did it...
