Hi there - Sorry to have to go this way but I can't download anything from your website.
I renewed my subscription yesterday and apart from the first connection, to sign in, all I am getting,no matter what I try to download is Internet Explorer saying that they can't connect me to that page. I have even tried to contact customer support but I can't connect to them either. I am sorry that I have to contact you this way but I really do not know how else to I can get in touch with the website. Can you help me please???
