I don't know. All I know is I saw a good part of the white ***** but I got FAILED due to abandoning that Bonnie.
I looked it up to make sure it was a full white breed. It is. It is one of the three fastest horses in the game. It is the Hungarian Half-Bred.
Outside Armadillo. There were a crap load of wild horses around the cactus patch.
I saw a lovely white one in the wild but I was unable to get it due to abandoning someone in mission. -_-

Someone I know has been wanting me to play it. He said his one friend can't even finish it. It's supposed to be quite the scary play. Especially sound wise.
