Her name on there is Tori and I think she might be British/English since the only sites that I can find her on is based in the UK. Here are two of her model pages: Premium Link Upgrade and Premium Link Upgrade .
She was also on Latexotica (also known as AmateurLatex at some point) before it was taken down/changed name.
