Watched the video again and saw her other tattoo a little better. It isn't a macaw, it's an eagle.

I'm sorry about the poor quality of the picture, it's a screencap of an online video. I believe the girl is Brazilian. The spiderweb tattoo has a spider going around the side of her leg to the front of her thigh. She also has a tattoo of a macaw on her left stomach/hip. Thanks for your help!
