Not really, the U.S. is a big place and I haven't said what I have done, or what state I reside, so I doubt that the people in question would even think to look at forums (much less porn forums). Anyway, so does anyone know the difference between an investigation and a "full" investigation?

I'm guessing the same would apply for a Courts Martial as well? I couldn't find any relevant information under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) or the MRE (Military Rules of Evidence).

I guess you're right depends on the judge. What about the jury though? If the evidence is found admissible, does the jury know how it was obtained or is admissibility determined in pre-trial supression hearings and not mentioned during the trial?
