How can I make five posts if this is the only forum I can post in though?

Perhaps there's a minimum post requirement? - - - Updated - - - Bumping this until five posts to test. - - - Updated - - - Four. - - - Updated - - - Five.

I've just finished registering and verifying my account / email, but I cannot open a thread or make a post in any forum section other than this one. What is the problem?
