Who is this lady?

I copied the image from an ad. I promise it's just an image. :P I've wanted to know who she was for awhile, but I only see this exact image every once in awhile.

It fell to the third page, so I feel the need to bump it in hopes that more people will see it. I **** ******* the bump, but I do it anyways. :dunno:

I randomly see this ad and she is always in it. I tried doing a search here for everyone from 18 and ****** that's been identified, and couldn't find her. I have no idea if I attached that image correctly, so here is a link that I'm hoping will have her in it, and not a random scene...
