It is in between the "A"(font color) and the globe (insert link) on the toolbar when you create a message in Quick Reply in the thread or when you type in a members profile (the smiley face). When you click on this you should see the word "more". Try this on your own member's list, you should be able to see it. Also try the "Go Advanced" button as well.
