Peter's quote, "I know this guy named Mick, now he don't care when he got no chick" was actually an inside joke within the band, about none other than Mick Fleetwood.
About Jeremy Spencer, he's an excellent slide player comparable to Duane Allman. He was and still is a big Elmore James enthusiast. And yes, that lame' suit. He wore it at the Boston Tea Party in 1969. There he did some playing of old Jerry Lee Lewis songs on the piano.
