The lingerie link provided by senorzorro was a good way to take down this conspiracy. so I took 2 pics from it, a side one and a front one, and started to made some advanced calculation of her waist & hips circumference with ellipse & pythagoras rules...

from these 2 pics I came with a waist/hips ratio of 1.55
Denise Milani claim to have a waist/hips ratio of 1.79
so... 34/1.55 = 22 !
although that's still a very thin waist, it sounds a way more human now
