Sorry to disappoint you, but that picture is only one of very few with Pattycake flexing. No video was ever made of the shower scene to my knowledge, because back when this was shot, c. 2002, it was shot as a proper streaming web cam. Today, Patty shoots a video and then extracts stills from it and posts them as a webcam -- not really the same thing. Here are a few more from that webcam set that may meet your requirements:
