If I have to ignore content (an impossible task:drool2 I like number two the best. Banners in the middle of the pictures sometimes causes me to miss some of the pictures for number 1. And in number 3 I think the pictures dominate the page, and people may loose sight of who they are looking at. These are for advertisements to draw people to your site, so your graphics should help to balance out the photos. (But I still love the photos).
