for me was:
Marilyn Lange Playmate of the month May 1974 and Playmate of the Year 1975.

Well really all photographers and magazines do this to 'no-name' models. Jenna Jameson said in her book she was always upset the way Suze Randall made a fortune off her pictures and she virtually got nothing. While she was grateful for the publicity, she felt she was being screwed over.

If you're being technical about it, Samantha Fox, Pandora Peaks and Cindy Crawford were never centerfolds. The other seven were, if you mean Donna D'Errico with your number nine.

The original question was "centerfold" meaning Playmate. Charisma, as one example, was in Playboy, but was 1)not a Playmate and, therefore, 2)not a centerfold. Same applies to Erica Campbell, but even more so, she's appeared in Playboy publications, but not, to my knowledge, in a proper Playboy magazine pictorial.
