Big natural breasts is just a lot of fat accumulation, some girls are not that lucky. The ones who get implants substitute the wanted fat for silicone, but they still have real milk-producing breasts, it is just the size that is fake. Natural big breasts are overestimated, because they are made mostly out of fat, nothing too special. When you compare fat to silicone...oh well.
