Apparently this chick asked for 3 stars tattooed on her face, and ended up getting 56. She's now pissed off. I don't know how you don't realize that you're getting 56 stars on your face instead of 3.

Some of the stories mention that she fell ****** ... I don't know how you fall ****** with a needle stabbing you in the face. If I was getting a facial tattoo I'd make sure I was fucking coherent and watching it the entire time! That's my face you're talking about! Anyway now she's suing... complete dumbass.

wanted 3 stars in English and French, but he must have misunderstood her. The tattoo artist says that Kimmy is made of lies, because she specifically asked for 56 stars. He said she was awake and even looked at the mirror a few times. He went on to say, "The trouble all started when she went home and her ****** and boyfriend threw a fit. They are saying things now like I doped her or ********** her. What rubbish!" It's safe to say that he's MADDER THAN FISH GREASE.

How do you misunderstand 3 and 56? I think its more she thought it was a cool idea till they saw her.

As I've said in another thread, any seriously working tattoo artist would have not tattooed this right away but would have talked to her and postponed the session for at least a week.

True, my auntie used to run a tattoo and piercing place. With ANY first or major tattoo they would just draw it on with ink (not tattoo it) and tell the person to come back in 24/48 hours if they still wanted it.

Yep, that's how serious tattoo studios operate.

Two friends of mine have a tattoo parlor, and there's lots of young people who wanna get the craziest tattooes inked in their body, and in the funniest places. You know, they're of legal age and all, but nowhere near mature enough to really wrap their heads around of ALL consequences such a tattoo might pose. And if you're really serious about your art and your business as a tattoo artist, you don't put your work on everyone and everywhere. In the end you might do it, but there has to be a process of getting there. At least that's what I'm thinking about all this.

I had to laugh when I read about this yesterday.

We have to conflicting stories here, she says she fell ****** whilst only wanting a couple done (any tattoo on your face is a stupid idea in the first place if you ask me).And he says she was all for it, until she got home and her parents saw it. It's kinda hard which side you can believe, firstly, I'm sure all tattoo artists have to work within a certain set of rules and cant just go crazy on a person without their consent,but then again maybe this guys is the exception...

And secondly we have a girl who was stupid enough to think a tattoo on her face even if it was a small one would look good who says she fell ****** and the tattoo artist went nuts.

I really cannot see how you can apportion blame on one side or the other here, they're both equally in the wrong.
