ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — The ****** of a missing 3-year-old girl was arrested Tuesday and charged with ******* her ********, even though the *****'s body has not been found during an exhaustive four-month search.

A grand jury indicted Casey Anthony on charges of first-degree ******, aggravated ***** *****, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her ********, Caylee, State Attorney Lawson Lamar said. The ****** is being held without bond.

Seems to me to be the right move in arresting her. Whether or not they can prove ******, this will at least give a jury a chance to hold her to charges of ***** or otherwise contributing to the death of her youngster. Good that she got no bail this time. Last time they let her out for 500,000. Even if she somehow didn't **** the ***, she should still get a harsh lesson for all the lying and covering up she did.

Great post and I feel the same way as a ****** of 3, 2 of the 2 and under. Even before I had ******** parents like her would have sickened me, but with **** multiply that by 10.

They hopefully have evidence if they indicted her.They are suppose too before going for an indictment.I find disturbing though the posts that basically have her convicted already.Almost all any of us know about this is the little we have heard in the media.Lets let a jury hear the evidence then render a judgement or is that too much to ask? Funny how even then if she is found not guilty some will set themselves up to determine they knew better.But if she is found guilty, its a horrible crime which she will get a deserved severe sentence for I'm sure.

She lied to the police and gave them a completely false story. Then, when she was caught, she started back tracking and still wouldn't tell the truth. She also didn't report her missing ***** until a MONTH after she went missing, which is very, very suspicious. Not to mention, she was caught partying at clubs after she reported her ******** missing as well.

Casey Anthony behaved like a carefree party girl, going to nightclubs, entering "hot-body" contests and incessantly sending text messages to her friends while her ******** was missing, according to cell phone and text transcripts and investigative reports released by police.

Copies of her phone and text records obtained by police and released to the public show she hardly ever mentioned her missing ******** during the time just before and after the ***** was reported missing. The young ****** referred to Caylee as "the little snot head" in May, about a month before the ***** disappeared.

Anthony gave conflicting statements during the investigation and provided police with information that later was disproved. For example, she said she had dropped the ***** off with a baby sitter. Yet when police checked out her story, they learned that the address that Anthony supplied belonged to an apartment that had been vacant for weeks. The woman Anthony named as the baby sitter said she did not know Anthony.

Also, she was indicted for more than just the ****** of her *****...

But still even after the information, there still isnt any conclusive evidence that she did anything, acting suspicious isnt a crime, maybe she is guilty, maybe her behaviour is a sign of guilt. But I keep hearing th phrase 'Innocent until proven guilty' touted around all the time. Everyone has the right to an opinion, but lets not convict her before shes had her day in court.

The media seems to have forgotten this, thats all im saying. Sensationalism is extreamly dangerous.

Yes, im sure she will. Reading the article does seem to idicate she has something to hide. But you never know this behaviour could just be a reaction to ***** going missing. People react to stress in different ways.

Yep its just speculation.She is guilty of nothing yet.All that other stuff has to be proven in court as well before you can say "she's guilty".
