The more I think about it, the more the idea that the headquarters of Freeones looks like Hogwarts school for wizards and the the mods are picked by a coven of Elder Mods, they throw massive volumes of porn into a cauldron and upon the stroke of midnight the name of the newest mod appears. The board I moderate on has a room for mods only, we discuss it, vote, then ask them if they would like to babysit, and clean up after a bunch of unruly maniacs. All for a different colored title, and the ability to install a bigger avatar for ourselves.
