They won't, they never have. Some of these same things were requested by many members, including me, when they had a blog or in later years in feedback. They are not interested in customer feedback or making a better product. They could have been here for YEARS, people sent them links and asked them to join the discussion. They've had no interest, and seem completely uninterested in making a better product. There have been reports of getting emails back from support here, a few did seem at least slightly responsive, but the majority seem to be ignored. Their back catalogue with a forum where they actually take feedback and respond to it and make an actual effort to cleanup their footage to modern standards is worth $15-20 a month at least to me. At this point their current platform is worth close to $0, maybe a sub every year or two, but it's really hard to pay people that purposely do the bare minimum (stuff like turning 4 part parties in to 6 etc.) and still expect to paid. But they aren't listening and have never innovated so I doubt they'll do anything to change that.
