I wouldn't say there is a best size for a woman as every woman is different, and because of their sizes, each are unique and beautiful in their own way. Maybe the title of the thread is a bit misleading?

Of course the saying goes "Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder" and in my eyes, generally I prefer women shorter than myself and particularly like my ladies around 5 ft tall, give or take a couple of inches. There are exceptions though and find some taller ladies very sexy too.
