Who the hell are you to criticize the board staff??? Do you understand that being a mod is a giving a part of your free time? Maybe you should learn to improve your skills of communicating with other people instead of running your mouth wide open and slandering them.

I totally disagree. From what I've seen, he's done a great job over the years. He makes valuable contributions as a member (esp. in the identify the babe section), and as a mod, you don't know he's there until he needs to be there. He's straight up and there's no foolishness about him. IMO, that's exactly what a moderator should be doing... moderate. But since you think that chaos is good

Mods are mods. They have lives outside of modding but the nature of man is to criticize their superiors, regardless of the station.
The question after all is said and done, assuming a normie ever attained mod status... or they got a mod punished.. or whatever angry normies do, is... why? At what point does a normie feel like a successful chad? Delighting in chaos is fine, but if you truly believed in chaos then you would sabotage and help the people and places you inhabit and watch the goings-on.
Telling people about it (chaos) does not proliferate it.
Over the years, I guess I've been on some interesting boards ~ somethingawful, stileproject, 8ch, 4ch, peachyforum, and after all that lurking and posting and whatever, I gotta say.. moderation is key. Your average schmuck will get more courage with each post. They'll start pulling their senority until a mod puts them in check.
But before the 'Fun police' insults fly out, a mod isnt a cop and you arent a felon. They are volunteers and we're all assholes. Remember that.

This is why I stayed on as a mod. Most of the board members are good-natured and understand that there has to be a line in the sand somewhere, or it's just total anarchy.
My view is not twisted at all thus confirming your inability to do your job properly. Now explain to me why you are a moderator?
